CHAKWAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY (CCC&I) issues Visa Recommendation letters to its active members to facilitate them in grant of visas.
Issuance of Visa Recommendation Letter
The visa recommendation letters are issued for: –
- Visit abroad by a member for business meetings, attending conferences, seminars, exhibitions, business meetings, visits etc.
- Visit of foreign businessmen to Pakistan for business meetings, attending conferences, seminars, exhibitions, etc.
The member can apply online for obtaining visa recommendation letter visiting NADRA portal at: at http://ebil.nadra.gov.pk/.

1. Visa recommendation letters fee:
- Rs.3000/- per person for visit to abroad/ arrival to Pakistan
- Rs.10000/- per person for visit to abroad/ arrival to Pakistan(if Membership period less than one year
2. Multinational organizations including Oil & Gas companies:
- Multinationals/oil and gas companies Rs.5000/-
- Fee for the issuance of Visa on Arrival letter Rs.5000/-
3. Certificate of Origin / other business document attestations fee:
- Certificate of Origin per set Rs.1000/-
- Business documents Rs.1000/-
- Multinationals/oil and gas companies Rs.2500/-
- Letter for Bullet proof vehicles Rs.50,000/-

Get certified for what you manufacture
The Certificate of Origin must be signed by an authorized representative or a designated individual, who must be officially authorized through a letter on company letterhead, including their signature.
Certificate of origin & document attestations
A Certificate of Origin (CO) is a key document in global trade, confirming that goods are wholly obtained, produced, or processed in a specific country. Exporters must provide full details, including buyer/seller info, membership number, invoices and goods description.
For the attestation of Certificates of Origin at Chakwal Chamber of Commerce & Industry, it is mandatory to attach a copy of the E-Form, Shipping Bill, Invoices and Packing List.
